Physical TherapistJoshua received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine- San Marcos April 2014 which utilizes a diverse set of manual therapy skills. Prior to graduate school he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Cal State Long Beach in Spring 2011. Joshua has taken advanced coursework from the Institute of Physical Art where he enhanced his knowledge in highly advanced sacroiliac dysfunction screenings and treatment techniques based upon movement analysis. His goal for treating patients is to make them aware of their functional deficits and make them independent again. Joshua utilizes muscle specific treatments to alleviate many common dysfunctions ranging from back pain to shoulder injuries. As a Graston Technique provider, he can also incorporate the use of specialized stainless-steel instruments to promote tissue healing and remodeling.
In 2017, Joshua became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) making his care the most recent as well as evidenced based. Through patient education and correct neuromuscular engagement, Joshua believes all his patients can become self-aware of their movement inhibitions to ultimately make pain free lifelong changes. Joshua is a proud husband and father of two young boys and two daughters. He maintains an active lifestyle with his family engaging in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments, soccer, competitive hip hop and scouting events.

Clinic DirectorScott Sabin graduated with high honors from the University of St. Augustine. He believes that patient education is the most important aspect of physical therapy. Movement is life. Scott appreciates a functional body and he also understands the frustration that accompanies dysfunction. He chose this occupation to help people improve their participation in life. He loves his family and can often be found at the beach, surfing on his days off.

Occupational TherapistGabby Catipon is an occupational therapist who graduated from the Master of Occupational Therapy program (MOT) at Loma Linda University. She has diverse work and fieldwork experiences in adult acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, hand-based outpatient rehabilitation, early-intervention, outpatient and community-based pediatrics. Gabby strives to curate treatment plans to solve daily challenges in her patients’ lives so they can live a self sufficient, meaningful life. During her time at Loma Linda University, she has worked as a teacher’s assistant for human gross anatomy and was awarded the Department of Occupational Therapy Edwinna Marshall Leadership Award
Growing up in Chino Hills, CA; Gabby has always been surrounded by a big family who have all played a huge inspiration to join the health care field. Besides her career as an OT, Gabby enjoys cooking healthy and yummy food for her family and friends. She attributes her love for cooking and trying different cuisines to her time traveling throughout her childhood as a daughter of father who was in the Navy. In addition, she loves spending her free time reading, dancing and spending quality time with her fiancé and loved ones.

Owner/Occupational TherapistPaul has been a proud resident of the Murrieta Valley since 1982, attending grade school at Murrieta Elementary School and graduating from Temecula Valley High School. Paul received his Degree in Occupational therapy from Keuka College in New York. He then underwent further extensive training and education to become Hand Therapist Certified. Since 1999, Paul has provided Occupational and Hand Therapy services to the communities of Murrieta and Temecula. He continues to work and live with his family in Murrieta.
In February 2008, Paul became the founder and CEO of All Star Physical Therapy with the goal of providing simply the best Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation services. Physical Therapy AssistantDamian was born and raised in Southern Orange County and grew up in Rancho Santa Margarita. Soccer was a big part of Damian’s life growing up, playing for elite club soccer teams such as Pateadores and Irvine Strikers. He played at the collegiate level where he earned a national championship title while playing at Irvine Valley College in 2003. Damian graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2012 obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology and Coaching. After spending time working as a personal trainer and a PT aide at an outpatient clinic, he knew a career in physical therapy was his calling and went on to pursue a Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Stanbridge University. He graduated in 2019 with Cum Laude honors and received the “Responsibility” award by the PTA staff for his outstanding achievements throughout the program. Damian’s hobbies include weight lifting, running, paddle-boarding, snowboarding, playing soccer and hiking. He enjoys camping, spending time outdoors and at the beach with his wife and two daughters. His goal as a clinician is to help all of his patients meet their goals in a timely manner and to educate them on how to improve their overall quality of life to allow them to return to the activities they love. His future plans consist on obtaining his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification along with others.

Physical TherapistBorn in Carlsbad, California, Kim Turturro started her higher education at Mira Costa Community College in Oceanside where she received her Associate’s degree. Following her experience with general education, Kim discovered her passion for “how the body works” and continued to delve into the world of Anatomy & Physiology at California State University, Long Beach where she pursued a degree in Physical Therapy. After attaining her Bachelor’s degree of science in 1989, Kim began her career in Stroke Rehabilitation, and furthered her skill set in the Outpatient/Orthopedic environment. She has a special comfort level in her manual skills including deep trigger point releases and soft tissue mobilization. During the early years of her Physical Therapy career in Long Beach, she and her husband raised two daughters. When her kids were young, she began employment with the Clark County School District and endured sixteen years working with students of the ages three to twenty-two, treating delays in functional milestones, equipment needs and strength issues.
In addition to the array of knowledge gained over the past 30+ years, Kim frequently updates her skill set with additional P.T. tools such as Kinesiology taping and cupping. While administering those who suffer from any pain or postural deviations, symptom relief/balanced alignment can now be procured with her skills in taping, which has seen highly favorable outcomes. Kim also has experience in home health care where she has aided families safely reach their goals regarding improved gross motor skills and expert advice on home strategy programs. Though her love for work occupies her daily life, she can be seen exercising on her down time, as well as spending time with family and planning her next vacation to warm, tropical destinations.
