CEO/Physical TherapistWilliam Atkins received his Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 1981 from California State University Long Beach. Atkins was born and raised in Fallbrook and has served the community for over 30 years. Atkins began his career at Fallbrook Hospital in 1981. He then started his own practice in the Temecula area in 1984, and returned to Fallbrook in 1989 where he continued to treat patients in an outpatient setting. An Orthopedic Certified Specialist since 1996, Atkins has focused on treating musculoskeletal injuries and disorders. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and served as Strength Coach for Fallbrook High School from 2005 to 2010. Atkins has enjoyed covering Fallbrook High School football games since 1981. Atkins has focused on back pain, shoulder pain, knee disorders and has recently become involved in balance and fall prevention. He is passionate about the field of physical therapy and it’s role in a healthy lifestyle of movement and function

Physical TherapistJoshua received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine- San Marcos April 2014 which utilizes a diverse set of manual therapy skills. Prior to graduate school he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Cal State Long Beach in Spring 2011. Joshua has taken advanced coursework from the Institute of Physical Art where he enhanced his knowledge in highly advanced sacroiliac dysfunction screenings and treatment techniques based upon movement analysis. His goal for treating patients is to make them aware of their functional deficits and make them independent again. Joshua utilizes muscle specific treatments to alleviate many common dysfunctions ranging from back pain to shoulder injuries. As a Graston Technique provider, he can also incorporate the use of specialized stainless-steel instruments to promote tissue healing and remodeling.
In 2017, Joshua became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) making his care the most recent as well as evidenced based. Through patient education and correct neuromuscular engagement, Joshua believes all his patients can become self-aware of their movement inhibitions to ultimately make pain free lifelong changes. Joshua is a proud husband and father of two young boys and two daughters. He maintains an active lifestyle with his family engaging in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments, soccer, competitive hip hop and scouting events.

Physical TherapistBrianna Bryans grew up in Lakewood, CA where she was a student athlete playing volleyball for nearly a decade. Her interest in human movement and anatomy started young along with her drive to continue learning.
She graduated Suma Cum Laude from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science majoring in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy. Brianna then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at San Diego State. She has always had a passion caring for others through all stages of rehabilitation, exploring the field of Physical Therapy in both In- and Out-patient settings as a volunteer and in clinical internships.
Brianna now works full time at All Star in Out-patient physical therapy and also works per-diem in the In-patient acute rehab setting treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological injuries along their continuum of care. She loves teaching others and improving the way we move in order to help people return to the activities that they love. In her free time Brianna enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and two dogs.

Physical Therapy AssistantMarian Michini earned her Associate Degree of Physical Therapist Assistant from San Diego Mesa College in 2013. Her passion is working with patients of all ages and encouraging them to attain their physical therapy goals. Marian began her PT career at the VA while enjoyed working with veterans and active military and was inspired to give back to those who have sacrificed so much for their country. Marian previously worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer as well as a licensed massage therapist. She loves getting to know her patients and enjoys working in the orthopedic setting her at All Star Physical Therapy.

Clinic DirectorAmanda graduated from San Diego State University as a Kinesiology Major with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. During her time at San Diego State she worked with SDSU’s football team and the University of San Diego’s Women’s soccer and Men’s basketball teams.
She then went onto graduate from Loma Linda University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her clinical rotations she worked with specialties such as Pediatrics, Lymphedema, Orthopedics as well as Sport Medicine.
She has a passion for Health Care and treating each patient as a whole and not as a part or a specific injury. She continues to volunteer at her local high school in the athletic department working closely with the high school athletic trainer insuring our athletes are getting the best care possible. She also volunteers on The Fallbrook Child Development Center board.
She is very proud of her family who is very active in local and travel sports. They love to travel and enjoy their time together.
