Owner/Occupational TherapistPaul has been a proud resident of the Murrieta Valley since 1982, attending grade school at Murrieta Elementary School and graduating from Temecula Valley High School. Paul received his Degree in Occupational therapy from Keuka College in New York. He then underwent further extensive training and education to become Hand Therapist Certified. Since 1999, Paul has provided Occupational and Hand Therapy services to the communities of Murrieta and Temecula. He continues to work and live with his family in Murrieta.
In February 2008, Paul became the founder and CEO of All Star Physical Therapy with the goal of providing simply the best Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation services. Since the company’s inception, Paul has cultivated the best Team of Physical Therapists in the Valley to provide All Star care!

Physical TherapistDavid grew up locally here in Temecula and graduated from California State San Marcos with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2014, majoring in Kinesiology. He attended The University of St. Augustine where he completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. David has worked with various demographics including, pediatrics, geriatrics, and patients who have suffered from stroke. He believes that patient education is key for the best and most long lasting recovery.

Physical TherapistAdrienne received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at California Polytechnic State University, SLO with a concentration in anatomy and physiology. Adrienne initially became interested in physical therapy after suffering athletic injuries in high school and soon realized her passion for human anatomy and movement dysfunction throughout her academic career. After graduating from the University of Southern California with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree she further pursued a post-doctoral residency program at USC to become a board certified orthopedic specialist. She has a desire to work with individuals of all ages managing varying orthopedic conditions, helping them to move and live better!
In her free time Adrienne enjoys exercising, cooking, practicing guitar, perfecting her macaron recipe, and spending time with her friends and family.

Physical TherapistIan received his B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from CSU Chico before attending Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff for his Doctorate degree in physical therapy. He graduated Cum Laude and returned to California to work in the his area of passion which is Orthopedics. His career has taken him a lot of places with a focus in otrho, but also experiences as a travel physical therapist in hospitals, pediatrics and nursing facilities. His style of physical therapy reflects his diverse back ground and he uses a multitude of approaches from Applied Functional Science to myofascial release. This helps him tailor an individually designed plan of care for his patients to assist them to return to pain-free activity whether its running marathons or just walking their neighborhood.
Ian and his wife recently settled down in Temecula in 2022 after buying their first home and love their new community. His favorite thing to do is get outside from the mountains to the ocean it doesn’t matter.

Physical Therapy AssistantLindsey is a Physical Therapist Assistance who grew up in Santa Cruz County where she enjoyed participating in soccer, volleyball, and spending afternoons at the beach. After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from San Jose State University, she moved to Murrieta, CA where she lives today. Lindsey continued her education and went on to earn her Physical Therapy Assistant Associate of Science Degree from Loma Linda University. When not practicing Physical Therapy, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, camping, doing photography and hiking.

Chief Operating OfficerGregory received his Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge. He also received his Certificate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, he received his master’s degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute. He later became a board-certified clinical specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
Gregory has practiced in the Temecula Valley since 1990. He was the team Physical Therapist for Murrieta Valley High School from 1993 to 2020. He has donated over 1000 hours providing physicals, covering team events, as well as sideline coverage during his career. Greg has coached various youth sports teams ranging from basketball, baseball, Pop Warner football, and head coach of Murrieta Mesa freshman football for three years.
He thoroughly enjoys activities with his family including snowboarding, wake surfing/wakeboarding, and traveling. He feels extremely blessed to have a career in which he has been able to help his community recover from injuries and return to its highest level of functional independence.
