Physical TherapistDr. Dawn Higgins received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University, Loma Linda California in 2008. Dawn has been a practicing physical therapist for 14 years and utilizes a diverse set of manual therapy tools. Dawn is certified in the Graston Tool Technique which promotes tissue healing and muscle remodeling. She is also a practitioner of Cupping which invigorates local circulation of blood in the specific area being treated, resolving swelling, pain, and tension which draws impurities to the surface, removing toxins.
Dawn is currently enrolled in a distance learning Residency Program through the University of St. Augustine’s, Florida campus where she is furthering her education and practical skills in Advanced Orthopedic Evaluation and Treatment. She will be sitting for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialty examination in 2024.
Dawn received her Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University in 2003 with an emphasis in Exercise, Fitness and Nutrition, Pre-Physical Therapy.
As a practicing physical therapist, Dawn has worked with diverse groups. These include the privilege of working with active-duty service members of the United States Marine Corps and United States Navy as well as young adults and the older population with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders.
Dawn has attended numerous conferences pertaining to Physical Therapy and has completed many continuing education courses for Physical Therapy to continue to enhance her knowledge and skills.
Today, Dawn continues to work with patients by providing further education for them on self-awareness of movement, the importance of learning how to move in a safer and pain-free manner. She also advises patients in how to make continued pain-free life choices by making healthy changes in lifestyle as related to the musculoskeletal system.
Dawn has been married for over 23 years. She enjoys the outdoors, working out and keeping physically fit. She is a lifelong learner and is active in her church and community.

Clinic DirectorDr Priyanka is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California and New York, as well as she is licensed with Collage of physiotherapist of Ontario, Canada.
Dr Priyanka graduated with Bachelor of Physical Therapy in 2009 from Gujarat University, India. She subsequently completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Arcadia University , Pennsylvania. She also has her Masters Science degree in the subject of science of living, Preksha meditation and Yoga.
Dr Priyanka is certified in Manual therapy for spine, SI joint based on mulling concept and Taping. She is also trained in soft tissue and neural mobilization techniques.
She incorporates her knowledge of yoga and body mechanics along with her expertise in Physical Therapy to provide a holistic and excellent patient care.
With over 13 years of experience in the PT field, Priyanka has extensive experience in treating acute sports related injuries, orthopedic conditions, post-surgical patients (like Joint replacement, ligament reconstruction, post fracture cases) neurological conditions like stroke, spinal cord injuries & nerve palsy and chronic muscle & soft tissue injuries. Her
passion for ergonomics and previous teaching experience enables her to teach her patients the importance of good posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies.
Priyanka is a keen learner; she believes that learning is lifelong process, and each day presents an opportunity to learn. In her spare time, she likes to go hiking or enjoy a quiet walk near lakeside.
