Excellent physical therapy. Peter and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional, competent, and very pleasant to work with. I quickly recovered from lower back surgery following All Stars plan of exercises and recommendations. I highly recommend this facility

I am so impressed with the treatment I have received at AllStar Physical Therapy Vista. The physical therapists give me exercises appropriate to my healing. The aides are well trained and follow up exactly as they are trained to do. Also the front desk people are very efficient and always polite and friendly. I highly recommend AllStar Physical Therapy in Vista!

Ray and friends treated my left shoulder which would painfully snap when stretching. Ray would massage my shoulder at the start of every session and his team would work it to the point of achieving a burning sensation. It was then quenched with an ice pad (love that ice pad). My left shoulder is now as strong as my right shoulder and is pain free!!!

PT staff was professional and my treatment was effective.

I’ve had an amazing experience with All Star Physical Therapy in Vista. I’ve worked with PT, Pete Lorenz and he has been so helpful, patient and kind. I came in with neck and back issues that made it difficult for me to even sit or do basic activities. PT Pete listened to me and gave me stretches and exercises that really helped me improve. He is super knowledgeable! He and the assistants gave me hope, even on days when I felt overwhelmed with the pain and process. I always was greeted with smiling faces at the front desk, and saw a fully cohesive team here. All of the assistants I’ve worked with have been awesome. I could shout each of them out. Everyone genuinely cares here and shows you that your health journey is a priority. I’ve be comforted in a process full of unknowns. It is a humbling journey, but I feel like I’ve been equipped & reassured by the whole team. I have made so much progress, and I am excited to keep getting stronger. I am grateful for all of your dedication and care! Def recommend coming to this location.

I cannot thank Dr. Chelsea and the team of physical therapists that have helped me on my path of healing from my disc surgery. She really cares about her patients and helping them get better. Night and day to when I first started there. She did a great job at explaining to me what was going on in my back and what I need to do to improve my flexibility and strength via a specific workout and stretch routines designed for me. Thanks again Dr. Chelsea for all the help!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Stephen Nolan for several months and have made so much progress! He has great bedside manner, is warm and knowledgeable, and his humor and positivity made the sessions enjoyable. He took the time to help me and explain exercises, make sure I was doing them with proper posture, and guided me through my recovery. The staff here is wonderful, upbeat, helpful, and cheerful. Highly recommend coming here for physical therapy! And I highly recommend seeing Nolan, as he’s called there, because he’ll be a great addition to your recovery and life while you’re healing and will help you through this journey with laughter.

So far, after five weeks of PT for a broken kneecap from a pickleball injury, I am extremely pleased with the care from All Star. I went from barely bending my knee to so much progress from the therapy. Pete, Chelsea and the assistants at All Star really care and know what they are doing. I am on my way to a complete recovery from a pretty sever injury. I highly recommend All Star Physical Therapy.
