Physical Therapist, Clinic DirectorWith more 20+ years of experience in outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Nariba is passionate about helping individuals recover from injury, reduce pain, restore function, and regain confidence in their everyday lives. She believes in partnering with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that promote lasting health, strength, and independence, empowering them to return to the activities they enjoy most.
She is equally committed to advancing the physical therapy profession through clinical education. As an APTA-certified Clinical Instructor, she enjoys mentoring physical therapy students during their clinical rotations, helping them build the knowledge, clinical skills, and confidence needed for successful careers in patient care.
Outside the clinic, Nariba is actively involved in community outreach through her church, where she serves in ministry and teaches Pathfinders, a Seventh-day Adventist youth program for children and teens ages 10–16. She enjoys spending time at the beach, building meaningful relationships, and making lasting memories with her family. Her commitment to serving others—both inside and outside the clinic—reflects the compassionate, patient-centered approach she brings to every individual she treats.

Physical TherapistEd earned an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science-Physiology from California State University, Long Beach in 1989 and obtained his degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach in 1992. He was the long-time owner of ProCare Physical Therapy in Redlands and has recently become a member of our team after a successful career in private practice. He has an additional certification in Functional Movement Training (FMT) and enjoys helping patients from all walks of life with their area of dysfunction and has developed long-lasting relationships with many of his patients over the years. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), California Physical Therapy Association (CPTA), and Private Practice Section of the APTA (PPS). Ed is certified as a clinical instructor from the APTA and provides clinical training to students of Loma Linda University’s Physical Therapist Assistant and Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs, as well as other local programs.
Outside of work, Ed has been active in judo for more than 50 years with a 6th degree black belt. He is a former local, state, and national judo champion and additionally has practiced Brazilian jiu-jitsu for over 15-years. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Jo, their children, and grandchildren.

A graduate of Concorde Career College of Garden Grove, CA who specializes in a neuro-movement science, he is also a CrossFit coach with a background in weightlifting, personal training, and competitive athletics. His approach blends neuromuscular re-education, performance, and rehab, focusing on one-on-one care to help people move better, recover fully, and perform at their best.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling to scenic spots, spending time in Carlsbad CA with his wife, and exploring new food and breweries. He also enjoys working with cars and has a strong interest in history, nature, and documentaries. You can also find him occasionally on cruises and desert camping with his family.
