Physical TherapistDr. Allen Maskell, PT, DPT, CSCS received his B.S. in Biology with a minor in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Washington in 2017. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2020, graduating with honors. Allen is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with an interest in combining the worlds of strength training and conditioning with physical therapy. Outside the clinic, Allen enjoys weightlifting, traveling, and spending time with his partner, Brian and his dog, Luna.

Clinic DirectorDr. Michelle Klaren is the Clinic Director of our San Diego/Miramar location and has been treating the San Diego community since 2010. Dr. Klaren received her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2005 and Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2006 from the University of Colorado. She became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2013. Dr. Klaren has spent her 17+ years working in orthopedics, concentrating her specialty in manual therapy for the spine and lower extremity injuries. She enjoys treating our Active Duty and Veteran military members, pediatric athletes, and dancers.

Physical TherapistKimby graduated from University of Oregon in 2018 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Physiology. She then continued her education at San Diego State University and graduated in 2022 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Her passion for exercise and movement began as a competitive and eventually professional dancer. She is always looking to help patients get back to doing what they love and reaching their goals. Outside the clinic she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and exploring San Diego.
