Allstar Physical Therapy in Escondido helped me recover from major hip surgery that had me in a wheelchair for 6 weeks. Gabe and all the rest of the staff were so amazing, working with me for over 4 months to regain function and strength. I'm happy to say I have fully recovered and back to working as an RN at a hospital. From the office staff, to the PT aides, to the highly skilled and qualified therapists, I would recommend anyone to Allstart for their physical therapy needs.

My experience at All Star Therapy was very positive after my TKR. Gabe provided great patient care and he is empathetic, caring and personable. Gabe was sincere about my moving forward with my recovery. The front office was welcoming, and the PT aides were helpful and kind.

Thank you Gabe, Chris, Carson, Nyah and everyone else who took care of me over here. You guys pushed me to get stronger and be more flexible. whose name I don't remember. Chris was patient and listened to me and was able to pinpoint the area where the pain was. His assistants monitored the exercises and added additional exercises as I made progress. The young women upfront were very professional and friendly. The pain in my shoulder is gone, so it was a positive experience.

Chris O Connell and his assistants did a phenomenal job of helping me recuperate and return to everyday activities without pain. I'm very grateful for their help, not only with the rehabilitation exercises, but also with paperwork to work on at home. Again, thanks for helping me return to a pain free life

PT has really aided in my recovery from a frozen shoulder. The exercises & techniques I was given helped restore movement and reduce pain, expediting my healing process. Mark is a wealth of knowledge and extremely approachable and friendly. The assistants were wonderful to work with as well, making my experience here enjoyable. I was suffering severe neck pain for several months and was sent for physical therapy. It took a while but with their treatment I am finally feeling like I’m getting better. They are determined and caring. 💕

This is a review of physical therapy services provided by Gabriel Perpetua, PT, DPT and team. I recently completed physical therapy with Gabe pre and post hip replacement surgery. Gabe is an excellent physical therapist. Gabe is as knowledgeable as he is personable. Pre surgery Gabe convinced a very reluctant patient (who at this point was hobbling around) that surgery was the best path forward. He also provided recommendations as to which surgeons he would use is he were having hip surgery ... this provided an extra layer of confidence. Post surgery Gabe and team did a great job of getting me back up and running so I could get back to the activities I enjoy doing. I highly recommend Gabe and the team at All Star Physical Therapy for any PT needs you may have.

Gabe and his team do a great job diagnosing, and treating, complex soft tissue issues.

They successfully rehabilitated my series of complex, interrelated piriformis / glute / lumbar issues.

The team is very knowledgeable about acute tissue treatment and rehabilitation exercises. The clinic has a relaxed, friendly, encouraging atmosphere. They will also challenge you with successively more challenging rehab.

Exercises are well-supervised to ensure they're performed effectively.

They encourage you to use metrics and logs to provide as much detail as possible about your symptoms.

I highly recommend this facility and team for your physical therapy needs.

This is my second time needing therapy after surgery and my second time using Gabe. He Is not only professional and caring, he’s kind and a pleasure to work with!

I have referred him and will continue to do so and should I ever need to return to receive physical therapy, It will be with Gabe because I know he will take good care of me and give me the time I need.

I highly recommend you use him also! You won’t regret it!

Amazing experience, considering I hobbled in there with a fractured ankle. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff were happy to be there which speaks volumes on how they will treat the patients. Gabe does an absolute amazing job of leading his staff, they seem more like a family to me but I mean this in the best possible way. Always willing to help each other but also able to Maintain a fun environment while still be respectful. In a culture where customer service and good bed side manner seems to becoming a thing of a past, I truly appreciate experiences like these. Hands down best team and i would recommend this place to anyone!

Everybody does a great job, to me Mark, Kevin,Ivonne are so profecionals and caring to help me to recover from knee replacement surgery.
