Local Physical Therapy Group Expands Access to High-Quality Care for Upland Residents
Upland, CA – December 1, 2025 – All Star Physical Therapy is excited to announce the opening of its newest clinic, located at 1126 West Foothill Boulevard, Suite 105 Upland, CA 91786. This new location strengthens All Star’s commitment to providing top-tier, evidence-based physical therapy care to the Upland community.
Dr. Jeff Rubi PT, DPT, COMT, will serve as the Upland Clinic Director and primary treating physical therapist. Born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, Dr. Rubi earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal State University San Bernardino before completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Western University of Health Sciences. As a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, he specializes in manual therapy, mobilizations, office ergonomics, and the treatment of acute and chronic injuries, with a focus on hands-on techniques and sports-related injuries.
All Star Physical Therapy specializes in delivering personalized, patient-focused rehabilitation through innovative treatment approaches. The Upland clinic will offer range of treatments, including general orthopedic care for all ages, sports and dance injury rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, and treatment for neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease.
