Jeff Rubi PT, DPT, COMT
Clinic DirectorDr. Rubi, born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal State University San Bernardino. In 2017, he completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Western University of Health Sciences. As a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, he specializes in manual therapy, mobilizations, office ergonomics, and the management of both acute and chronic injuries, with a focus on hands-on techniques and sports-related injuries.
Outside the clinic, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. His hobbies include mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, running, and working out at the gym.

Allyssa Smiley PT, DPT
Physical TherapistAllyssa is passionate about helping people feel their best and get back to doing what they love. Raised in San Dimas, California, she has always had a strong connection to health, movement, and staying active. Growing up playing soccer sparked her interest in physical therapy and ultimately led her to pursue a career in the field.
Allyssa earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of La Verne and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Chapman University in 2025, building a strong foundation to provide personalized, high-quality care. She focuses on meeting each patient where they are and supporting their individual goals, while creating a positive, supportive environment and delivering the best possible care.
Outside of work, you can usually find her at the beach, surfing, indoor cycling, or out on a hike. She also enjoys going to concerts and is a big sports fan, always cheering on the Anaheim Ducks and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
