Physical Therapist AssistantHello, my name is Stephanie Adams and I am a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. I am native to the Coachella Valley and enjoyed participating in ballet and jazz dance competitions while growing up. I suffered a few injuries along the way which opened my eyes to the world of physical therapy, my chosen career. I still enjoy an active lifestyle with my husband and son and have most recently become a dedicated and proud soccer and basketball mom. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2015 from California Baptist University and my Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Loma Linda University graduating with highest academic distinction award of excellence. My passion is helping my patients return to what they love doing – whether it’s walking, running, dancing, playing golf or pickle ball, I am most rewarded when they are happy.

Clinic DirectorAshley is originally from Boise, Idaho and relocated to California in August 2019 to enjoy the warmer weather and close proximity to both the mountains and the beach. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Alabama in 2016 where she became a passionate Alabama Crimson Tide football fan, and spent most of her weekends trying to attend every home and away game. Following graduation she returned to her home state of Idaho where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Idaho State University in May 2019. In her free time she enjoys skiing, hiking, playing volleyball, and watching sports. Because of her love of sports and background in volleyball, Ashley has a special interest in treating injured athletes and helping them return to play.

I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy with high honors from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA and have experience evaluating and implementing individualized treatment plans to patients in outpatient orthopedic, sports, skilled nursing and home health physical therapy settings. I treat individuals with a wide range of injuries and pathologies including post operative joint replacements, osteoarthritis, rotator cuff injuries, degenerative disc disorders, balance impairments and others.
My passion for physical therapy stems from my background in competitive tennis, motivated by all things health and wellness. When I am not treating patients, I am either hiking with my dogs, skiing the slopes at Big Bear, exercising at the gym, or traveling to San Diego for a beach weekend. My mission is to provide the highest quality care to help individuals get back to doing the things they love and improve the overall health and well-being of our community.

Cristina currently works in the Hemet, Palm Springs, and Yucaipa All Star Physical Therapy offices. She is dedicated to giving back to each community by providing client-centered care to every patient. On her free time, Cristina prides herself on being a mental health advocate. She also enjoys going to the beach, dancing, and having game nights with her friends and family.
