I really like this place. I cut my thumb on a broken piece of kind of heavy glass. It cut right through both tendons on my right thumb. I had surgery to reattach them within that week. After the surgery my thumb was still bent the same way. I thought the tendons had torn loose again but no. I just need to work my thumb and that's what All Star Phys Ther is helping me with. I go twice a week and we do different exercises to help my thumb relearn how it's supposed to move. After my first real appointment I was sitting at home and remembered that I was supposed to continue practicing at home. So I did and all of a sudden I saw a huge difference with how much I could bend my thumb! My next appointment I showed Ben the improvement and he was as excited as I was! Very encouraging! They make a big deal out of you getting better! It really encourages you to keep on striving for more!! All in all, a great place with very positive people who really seem to care about helping folks get past their injuries and back to their lives.
Oh and I almost forgot to mention my favorite part. When you first get there they take you over to this sink so you can wash and dry your hands. Then you get to dip your injured hand in this wonderful paraffin bath. Not just once but three times. Then they slip your hand Into a plastic back and wrap it a warm towel. You sit there for 10 minutes and then they take it all off of you. You won't believe how soft your skin feels after the treatment! It makes me want to go out and buy a paraffin bath for my home. I'm gonna do it.

I couldn't have asked for a better physical therapist. Angela knew just what to do and what to prescribe, and helped me do the right exercises. I was in a lot of pain and not walking very well but now I have very little pain and I'm walking so much better. Angela is very knowledgeable and considerate. Simply the Best!

I totally recommend Allstar office. My son has been coming for PT and every time we have a positive experience. We always see Gabriel and we can not recommend him enough, he is very knowledgeable and very professional. Allstar Physical Therapy in Escondido helped me recover from major hip surgery that had me in a wheelchair for 6 weeks. Gabe and all the rest of the staff were so amazing, working with me for over 4 months to regain function and strength. I'm happy to say I have fully recovered and back to working as an RN at a hospital. From the office staff, to the PT aides, to the highly skilled and qualified therapists, I would recommend anyone to Allstart for their physical therapy needs.

My experience at All Star Therapy was very positive after my TKR. Gabe provided great patient care and he is empathetic, caring and personable. Gabe was sincere about my moving forward with my recovery. The front office was welcoming, and the PT aides were helpful and kind.

whose name I don't remember. Chris was patient and listened to me and was able to pinpoint the area where the pain was. His assistants monitored the exercises and added additional exercises as I made progress. The young women upfront were very professional and friendly. The pain in my shoulder is gone, so it was a positive experience.

Chris O Connell and his assistants did a phenomenal job of helping me recuperate and return to everyday activities without pain. I'm very grateful for their help, not only with the rehabilitation exercises, but also with paperwork to work on at home. Again, thanks for helping me return to a pain free life

PT has really aided in my recovery from a frozen shoulder. The exercises & techniques I was given helped restore movement and reduce pain, expediting my healing process. Mark is a wealth of knowledge and extremely approachable and friendly. The assistants were wonderful to work with as well, making my experience here enjoyable. This is a review of physical therapy services provided by Gabriel Perpetua, PT, DPT and team. I recently completed physical therapy with Gabe pre and post hip replacement surgery. Gabe is an excellent physical therapist. Gabe is as knowledgeable as he is personable. Pre surgery Gabe convinced a very reluctant patient (who at this point was hobbling around) that surgery was the best path forward. He also provided recommendations as to which surgeons he would use is he were having hip surgery ... this provided an extra layer of confidence. Post surgery Gabe and team did a great job of getting me back up and running so I could get back to the activities I enjoy doing. I highly recommend Gabe and the team at All Star Physical Therapy for any PT needs you may have.

Gabe and his team do a great job diagnosing, and treating, complex soft tissue issues.

They successfully rehabilitated my series of complex, interrelated piriformis / glute / lumbar issues.

The team is very knowledgeable about acute tissue treatment and rehabilitation exercises. The clinic has a relaxed, friendly, encouraging atmosphere. They will also challenge you with successively more challenging rehab.

Exercises are well-supervised to ensure they're performed effectively.

They encourage you to use metrics and logs to provide as much detail as possible about your symptoms.
