I came in with a very painful tennis elbow and shoulder pain and after 12 sessions, the pain was gone. The whole staff is friendly and attentive—if one person is busy, someone else is always there to help. My physical therapist Dylan was great to work with. He listened to my concerns, gave me the right exercises and treatment plan that helped me recover. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin.

When I first came to All Star in Hancock, I was dealing with severe, constant pain that made it impossible to stand or sit for more than 15 to 30 minutes.

It was impacting my daily selfcare and causing me great anxiety for the future. As a mother of five, I felt hopeless and didn't know if anything could help me at that point.The care I received here was incredible.

The positivity, encouragement, persistence, and professionalism healed a bigger part than just my physical body. The shared care and welcoming personalities brought me out of my shell and guided me out of my physical health fears.

I became physically stronger and improved so much that I was able to pick up right where I left off with the new school year coming in. I can now pick up my kids and live my life without fear.

The physical therapy team worked with me to create a balanced plan to improve my life. They were always kind, patient, and believed in me even when I wasn't sure if I could believe in myself. They allowed me to build confidence while leaving room for me to build courage, letting me heal at my own pace.

The administrative staff is also amazing, always working hard to answer scheduling questions and being patient even when the front desk is busy.

I highly recommend All Star in Hancock.

I didn't get the chance to know everyone, but you all are so amazing and truly appreciated for all you do.

I am very proud of Mr. Dylan, who helped me walk again after I gave up, and I sometimes thought my foot would be emputated. Mr. Dylan professionally explained to me what was going on with my foot; four doctors didn't care about it. I hold him in high respect and appreciation for where I am on today. Aaron has been an exceptional therapist for me. He and his assistants made my twice a week visits something I actually look forward to which is not what I would expect from pt. When I started I was unsure of my recovery from rotator cuff surgery but Aaron has helped me get back to my regular routine. I have and will continue to recommend him and everyone at Allstar.

My son goes here for speech therapy. He has made great strides here, doctors and front staff are always so nice and accommodating.

I give All-Star Physical in Murrieta a 5+ star rating. The office staff are very nice and always has a smile on their face. I had the pleasure of working with Austin (P.T.) and his (P.T.A.'s) Nate, Mark, Greg, and Alyse. Austin is amazingly kind and organized. He always took the time to listen and answer any questions I had. Nate, Mark, Greg and Alyse are all so nice and always asked how I was doing. They are so pleasant and fun to be around. Allstar Physical Therapy (Hancock location) was the 3rd PT I tried because I hadn’t had good luck with the others. Either they didn’t care to read my history or listen to me about my pain and I was ready to give up. A friend of mine recommended Allstar Physical Therapy in Murrieta and it was completely different, Aaron is my physical therapist and he and his staff are AMAZING. From the moment I came in Aaron made it clear that he is here to work with me to find the best options FOR ME. If there was an exercise I wasn’t comfortable with he would say “skip it I’ll find something different for you”, he worked with me to build my strength, stability, and confidence. He was slowly pushing me and helping me improve little by little each visit. When I started here I struggled to plank for 30 second and now I plank for 1.5 minutes simply by taking time and working with me. They also have the most supportive and wonderful crew, from Aaron to Greg, to Mark, Nate, or any of the aids I’m so grateful to them. I’ve learned so much from all of them and felt so supported I can’t even begin to show my gratitude to them. If you want someone who cares this is the place for you. Allstar Physical Therapy on Hancock in Murrieta is the absolute BEST you can’t go wrong here. From the bottom of my heart I appreciate all of you!

Honestly, this 5 star review is more for Cyan who works here. She is an amazing physical therapist and has really helped me after my Distal Bicep Surgery. My range of motion and pain is just as good as before my injury and it was only after 2 visits and doing ALL her instructions at home. So in less than 2 weeks, I gained all my range of motion. She really takes personal interest and patiently answers all your questions. I definitely recommend her. Thank you Cyan, you're the best

Aaron Atkins, PT and his entire staff are exceptional. Following a full knee replacement surgery, my experience with the physical therapy services provided by Aaron was excellent. If you require physical therapy, I highly recommend this establishment.
