Indio, California – All Star Physical Therapy Reviews

Highly recommend this place. I came in with trauma on my knee, with a lot of pain, limping and low mobility due to an accident I had back in Dec 2024. I have about 3 sessions left and have no pain, I'm able to walk better and feel more confident with the exercises. The staff here is exceptional. They always make you feel welcome and have a caring heart. Everyone is friendly and always have a positive attitude towards patients.

I began physical therapy here October, 2025 with the mind set that being here is a bad idea and a waste of time. My disability is called Friedrich's Ataxia which means I'm going to be in the ground sooner than most. Most of my body does not cooperate well with my brain at the moment
so my physical capabilities are limited. I drove a 400 lb power chair to this location for two months since I can't walk or drive.
The two young ladies working at the front desk always helped me a lot! I have never seen such people that go above and beyond of what their actual jobs are.They helped me open the door when I struggled a little to get inside, they called me to remind of my appointments, they helped me fill out my paperwork to begin my sessions, they helped me learn everyones name, after each session I was always informed of when my next appointment is, returned my phone calls in a very timely manner, and overall I never saw them without a big smile.
I've done many exercises with trainers here I would've never thought would improve my mobility. Everybody working in the room all helped each other and worked like teams. These people all helped me very much: Mike, Johnathan, Valerie, Jose(my favorite person), Nick, Chloe, Karina, Elizabeth, and Jocelyn! I ended Physical therapy for the year here with the mindset that what does not challenge you, doesn't change you! Overall very happy with my time here!

I have great experiences when it comes to physical therapy I like getting the massages their thank you to Jose and Chloe and to Michael you the one who helped me get better due to my medical condition I’m very grateful for the staff who call me to confirm my physical therapy

Best Physical therapy place for all your rehab needs! After the initial evaluation, I was already taught exercises same day. I had therapy sessions with other clinic and this one is really worth it. Great recommendations from Robb and Karina PT and Chloe PTA is pleasant and attentive!

So helpful, patient, and they are helpful to me and each other. The work they do, is something they enjoy. I can tell by how they treat everyone that walks in to their facility

This place (Indio) has the best, friendliest staff you could imagine. I almost forget why I’m here. I mean the pain automatically goes away with all yhe beautiful smiles. Would highly recommend!!!

The best physical therapy is this place!! Michael the doctor is outstanding. The PTA kevin is awsome!! Jasmine & Jose are some great techs always on top of everything! Great staff espcially front desk Eli.

All star physical therapy led by the director Michael Ruiz in Indio is the best physical therapy team. He knows exactly how to manage your symptoms and both him and his team are professional, personable from every aspect. From when you walk through the door throughout your entire appointment. The establishment is the cleanest I’ve seen and they make you feel valued as a patient and I would highly recommend all star physical therapy to anybody that needs it in the Coachella valley. The Indio location exceeded all my expectations out of all other physical therapy establishments I’ve been too.
