I didn’t know how I had gone from someone who had hiked and zip lined in the Black Forest, did walking tours around New England, and hours and hours of museum visiting to someone who could barely walk to the mailbox. I had not fallen or injured myself, but somehow over the course of a few months I became someone who couldn’t walk without a lot of pain. Following hip replacement surgery in 2021 and PT here at All-Star Physical Therapy, I knew that this was the best place for me to attempt to get back my ability to walk. Michelle said from Day 1 that she could help…and she did. Her practice is smaller than some in Scripps Ranch, but she and her other therapists and aides are well versed in care and compassion. After a few months, I am so happy to be pain free and able to enjoy walking and hiking again. I highly recommend this clinic for all your PT recovery needs.

This Physical Therapy I attended for 12 visits was by far the best experience ever!!! The staff was totally amazing, and professional. I especially liked Michelle, I felt like id’e been knowing her for years!! 😁 We talked about everything..I love the way my injured knee felt, when I was done with my session!! I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️ instead of 5...Please continue to keep up the good work!! Everyone at this location hella rocks!!!💙💙

Michelle and her staff are great. They helped me resolve a chronic neck issue. It took a few months and required work from me but the results are well worth the effort.

I just started bringing my mother here and I am really happy I did. Alan is a great PT, very smart and great bedside manner. Front office staff is very accessible. Their offices are smaller than some other locations, but I actually like the intimacy. More personalized and because of this they can’t overbook and are not running around like crazy trying to meet the needs of multiple patients at once. Thanks for the compassion Alan!

The staff at All Star PT is amazing! From being able to get ahold of someone on the phone easily to the aids attentiveness, always ready with what you need next, ensuring ease and comfort. The whole staff has been great. I have been working with PT Kimby Mungovan and have had the best experience with her thoughtfulness and level of knowledge. I have seen 4 other PT’s in the past few years and she is by far the best I’ve had. I purposefully make the lengthy commute just for her. She has given me the skills and advice to live a virtually pain free life. Prior to coming here I was at an almost constant pain level 7 and now I rarely even get to a 5. I cannot sing her praises enough: friendly, respectful and knowledgeable with an ability to hear an ailment and suggest a workout solution has been such a blessing. Thank you All Star staff for all you do!

Great staff, they helped me a lot!!! Irene is great at the front desk and Kimby is an amazing physical therapist!

I recently had 7 sessions of therapy for my knee problems at this location.
The staff are very friendly and professional. Kimby was my therapist and she was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
After these sessions I see the improvement in my form and numbers when doing exercises, in flexibility and mobility, and in my day to day activities.
I recommend this location to anyone looking for PT in San Diego.

First time my arm actually started to move, very competent and great staff

I have worked with Clinic Director , Michelle, to address several running related injuries over the years. She is simply the best! Knowledgeable, encouraging and straight to the point in what and how to alleviate pain, work to improve mobility and avoid future repeat issues. I am a lifelong runner and recently received a diagnosis that I thought meant the end of my running career. Not true! Michelle provided a different perspective, as well as exercises and stretches to get me back out there. I trust Michelle’s guidance and have taken 2 of my children to see her after sports related injuries. In one example, Michelle provided a diagnosis I was able to take to an orthopedic doctor, resulting in an MRI and surgery (and a return to sports playtime after PT). I highly recommend Michelle and her clinic to anyone needing PT support.

I can’t recommend Dr. Klaren and her team enough, especially if you’re a runner. They have helped me heal from more than one injury and get back to daily exercise. They’re very warm and welcoming and Dr. Klaren is extremely knowledgeable about the best treatment and strengthening plans for whatever your injury.
