Clinical Rotations are designed for Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology students. This critical part of your training will allow time to learn, refine your skills, and prepare you for your career under the supervision of a licensed therapist.

Student Observations/Shadowing
Student Observation/Shadow experiences are designed for undergraduate students seeking to attend Physical Therapy school to observe in the clinical setting. Requests for observations should be submitted by the individual student.
Paid Residencies
All Star Physical Therapy offers sports and orthopedic residency opportunities, as well as sports, orthopedic and pain fellowship opportunities. Elevate your practice with ongoing clinical supervision and mentoring for advanced practice and scientific inquiry in order to improve your clinical practice and decision-making. These programs stress the acquisition of current best evidence to make you a specialist.
Tuition Loan Pay Back
All Star Physical Therapy is proud to offer an industry-leading tuition assistance program as an additional benefit to our Physical Therapists. For full time clinicians, All Star PT will match 50% up to $1,300 annually. Employees that have more than two years of service with the company are eligible for $1,500 annually.
Leadership Development
All Star Physical Therapy Understands the importance of providing structured leadership training and continued support to our leaders throughout the lifespan of our employees. We host an immersive leadership course that culminates in an on-site experience to assist in putting theory into practice. You will also be afforded the opportunity to engage in a yearlong leadership and management certification to further support your growth.
Paid Board Certification Training
At All Star PT, one of our values is learning never stops. We believe that a growth mindset is incredibly valuable and want to support your journey to board certification and beyond. Our intentional approach to development includes opportunities to enroll in certification and residency programs, all while walking alongside a clinical mentor. Beyond board certification, you can choose to pursue a subspecialty or even further grow into a mentorship or teaching opportunity.

One-on-One Mentoring
In your first 6 months, you will meet weekly and/or co-treat with a personally assigned mentor working side-by-side with the best in the business. Your mentor will maintain regular touchpoints with you throughout your tenure at All Star PT.
Ongoing Education Sessions
We offer numerous live and online CEU courses, along with lectures and workshops for every specialty taught by guest experts from leading institutions.
Specialty Training
Our range of sub-specialities like hand therapy and women's health lets you take a deeper dive into your specific areas of interest.
